TC TYPE:It is one of the standard models of common skeleton oil seals, also known as lip seals, standard parts oil seals. It belongs to rotary oil seal, which is used for sealing in oil, and dusty occasions.
It has the following main characteristics:
- Double lips, a main lip, a vice lip.
- One spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber
- Used in low pressure. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2)
During equipment operation, issues such as oil seal leakage and short service life significantly impact production efficiency and equipment safety. Our TC-type oil seals feature a dual-lip design, with the inner lip providing efficient sealing of oil and the outer lip preventing dust and debris from entering, thereby reducing wear.
For outdoor equipment prone to environmental corrosion, the industrial-grade model uses nitrile rubber material, which is resistant to aging, has strong weather resistance, and offers enhanced dustproof performance.
During installation, the self-tightening spring design allows for a ±0.1mm installation tolerance, accommodating minor shaft eccentricity without the need for complex adjustments. This fundamentally resolves sealing issues, reduces equipment failure rates, extends equipment lifespan, and ensures a worry-free production process.
